Dr. Chaaya Ganorkar holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and an M.B.A., with a three-decade career in the pharmaceutical industry. She currently serves as Executive Director at Kedrion.
Moved by the suffering of a Hindu woman facing severe domestic abuse in the United States, Dr. Ganorkar made it her mission to support women affected by Battered Woman Syndrome. She founded the New Dawn New Me Foundation and initiated the production of a feature film to bring global awareness to this urgent issue and inspire action.

Dr. Ganorkar entrusted the scriptwriting and assembly of the film’s production team to her husband, Mahesh “Max” Ganorkar. Having personally witnessed the suffering of victims of domestic abuse, Mahesh drew from real-life experiences to shape the film’s narrative through his creative writing. He holds an M.B.A. in International Marketing and Finance and works in the construction industry. Mahesh is also a candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives from North Carolina’s 4th Congressional District and is deeply committed to advocating for women’s rights.

Executive Producer with extensive experience in film and television production, having developed multiple projects for the Indian film and television industry in multiple countries including including Bollywood. His work combines creative vision with strong production oversight.He has been involved in guiding this projectfrom development. Alongside his work in the industry Ashutosh is also an educator and mentor in media and filmmaking, teaching Film Production in Mauritius , where he is currently based. Road safety is his passion, and documentary filmmaking is a creative pursuit through which he raises awareness on social issues. His road safety films have received international recognition, winning four international awards.

Charles Gomes is a freelance filmmaker with extensive experience in Hindi and Marathi cinema, television, and documentary filmmaking. Beginning his artistic journey in theatre, he gained recognition as a director and actor in several prestigious intercollegiate and national drama competitions. Over the years, he has worked as a director, writer, and associate director on acclaimed films and television series. His collaborations include notable filmmakers such as Ashok Rane and Arun Nalawade. His work has been associated with award-winning projects recognized at festivals including the Pune International Film Festival and the 3rd Eye Asian Film Festival. Through his filmmaking, he focuses on transforming strong ideas into meaningful and engaging cinematic stories.

Urmila Mahanta is an acclaimed Indian actress and FTII alumna, known for her authentic performances and emotional depth. She has worked across Tamil, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali and Malayalam cinema, building a strong pan-Indian presence. She recently won Best Actor in a Leading Role (Female) at the Filmfare Awards Assamese 2026.

Professional Indian film actor working primarily in Hindi and Marathi language cinema and digital streaming productions. Active in the entertainment industry since 2015, with appearances in feature films and web series distributed on major international platforms including Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and ZEE5. Experienced in lead roles, supporting characters, and antagonist roles in commercial cinema and OTT productions. Major projects Singham Again, Love Lagna Locha, Neighbours ,Breathe – Season 1 etc.

With over 8 years of experience in the entertainment industry, she transforms ideas into compelling narratives that engage and inspire audiences. Her work blends creativity, strategy, and a deep understanding of entertainment storytelling.

Aniket Vijayanand Khandagale is an alumnus of the prestigious Film and Television Institute of India, Pune, and Pacific Regional Competition, 2000) for excellence in cinematography for his diploma film “A Short Story About War.”Based in Mumbai, he is a cinematographer with over 20 years of experience in Hindi and Marathi cinema. He has served as Director of Photography on films such as Veerappan, Dagadi Chaawl, Kagaz Ke Fools, along with several other feature films, television promos, documentaries, and short films. He is known for his strong visual storytelling, technical precision, and creative lighting design.

Sanjay Joshi is an Indian screenwriter, script supervisor, and creative consultant with more than 30 years of experience across films, television, and digital platforms. His credits include the feature film Jihaad, screened at the Cannes Film Festival, along with several internationally awarded short films on road safety. He has written for leading Indian television networks and OTT platforms and has also served as faculty for film and television studies in Mumbai. Joshi is a member of the Film Writers Association.
